The broadside lists 38 states where he served as a Notary Public and advertises services such as issuing U.S. Passports and Protections, along with other legal documents related to Civil War issues (bounty lands, pensions, and extra pay for Army and Navy personnel). The broadside measures approximately 4" x 6.5" and is printed on one side only.
