This double-sided trade card advertises Clark's O.N.T. Spool Cotton, distributed by Olcovich Bro's. The front features a colorful illustration of a blonde girl in a straw hat, striped dress, and red stockings, happily jumping rope. Above her, text reads: "Wednesday's Child is Merry & Glad." Below, a circular logo for "CLARK'S O.N.T. TRADE MARK SPOOL COTTON" is present, alongside the promotional text: "Merry and glad she'll always be If she will use CLARK'S O.N.T." The name "OLCOVICH BRO'S" is stamped vertically in pink ink on the right side. The reverse side features a larger circular logo for "CLARK'S TRADE O.N.T. MARK SPOOL COTTON ON WHITE SPOOLS!"
