Hart explains that the delay in his previous request was due to the Holy Days and expresses the Trustees' desire to distribute the reports simultaneously with *The Occident*. This letter is significant for illustrating that Leeser served as an intermediary for printing outside of his own publications, and for showing that a New York Congregation was ordering printing from Philadelphia.
