The notebook includes a list of committee members, prominent figures in the Philadelphia Jewish community, and members of the Board of Managers, including Abraham Hart as Parnas. The final meeting notes express gratitude to the contractor and architect. The cornerstone was laid on May 9, 1859, and the building was dedicated on May 24, 1860.
